The David Douglas School District is gathering feedback from our community about how we are doing, what we should be prioritizing, and how we can get better. We will be talking with you during upcoming community forums and the survey linked below.

How are we doing? What can we do better? What is your experience with the David Douglas School District? We want to hear your voice.

We are committed to providing meaningful, equitable, and highly effective instruction to every student. We have created this survey to better understand your experiences with our schools, and we appreciate you taking a few minutes to share your thoughts.

This survey is for parents/guardians, other family members, students, staff and community members. It’s open until November 12, 2022. Follow the link below to take the survey in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Somali, Chinese or Russian.

Thank you in advance for your participation!
